Q + A

RSVPs

Where can I RSVP?

Please RSVP on this website under the tab labeled 'RSVP'. Please note there are a couple questions to follow.

What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 20th. Thanks!

Wedding Day Schedule

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins at 3 pm so there is enough time to find parking and get to your seats. Once the ceremony begins, we won't allow anyone to come in until the reception starts around 4 pm.

Will there be a cocktail hour?

There will be a small intermission between the ceremony and reception. Since both events will be held in the same place, we need time to set up for the reception. We will try and make this happen as efficiently as possible feel free to grab drinks and play yard games during this time!

What time does the reception end?

The great thing about having the reception in our own backyard is that we have no time restrictions! Leave when you are danced out!

Directions and Transportation

Where are the wedding events being held?

Both the ceremony and reception are being held on the family's property. The address is 17008 S. 172nd Way, Gilbert, AZ, 85295, which is located on the North side of Pecos between Higley Rd and Recker Rd. When you enter the neighborhood, lookout for the house with big pine trees!

Is there parking on the property?

Yes, but please consider carpooling or ridesharing because we do have limited space. Uber and Lyft are also highly accessible in Gilbert.

Where do I park?

As previously stated, we will have parking in the back of the property. Please follow the signs and use the second driveway. We will have parking attendants there to help guide you. Ladies are more than welcome to be dropped off at the front. Please let our attendants know if you require close proximity parking.

Food and Drink

What type of food will be served?

Since we met working at a Mexican restaurant, we found it fitting to serve tacos for our wedding! Dietary restrictions that were included in your RSVP will be accommodated for.

Will there be an open bar?

There will be an open bar stocked with many options but bring some extra cash to tip our awesome bartender!

Registry and Gifts

Do you have a registry?

Your presence is the best gift for us. However, if you would like to contribute, please visit our registry on this website.

Where should we bring/send gifts?

All of our registries should have our address already linked if you would prefer to send gifts before the wedding! We will also have an area for gifts and cards at the wedding if you prefer to bring them in person.

Dress Code

Is there a dress code?

We invite you to come wearing whatever you feel comfortable in! We have no guidelines that need to be followed.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

The wedding will be held outside in a grassy area. Flats and block heels are recommended for comfort purposes but wear what you would like!

What is the weather like?

The Phoenix area is still pretty warm in October. We recommend dressing for warm weather but bring a cover up in case it gets cooler at night.

Good To Know

Can I pet the horses?

Gigi loves it when people say hi to her! However, we ask that the horses are not given any treats or snacks (they have some dietary restrictions 😉). Please also note that being around horses requires some horse sense! Make sure that you remain outside of the stalls and pay attention... they can be nosy!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

We would love to celebrate with everyone, but due to space and planning, we can only accommodate guests that have been outlined on your invitations. Thanks for understanding!

Are children invited?

We do love your little ones, but this is an adult only occasion with the exception of those who have been outlined on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Am I allowed to take and post photos?

Please take as many photos as you would like and feel free to post them whenever! We do ask that phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony so our professional can get the best shots possible. We also ask that you send us all the photos you get during the pre-ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

Who do I contact if I have more questions?

Please feel free to reach out to either of us! However, if it is close to wedding week, we ask that you either reach out to the Mother of the Bride (Jen Salam - 480-254-2753) and the Maid of Honor (Chassity Weber - 480-285-8403).
